Marc Pouey, MBA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Research

 

Marc Pouey is a senior US Equity Strategist based in New York. In this role, he works closely with head of US Equity Strategy Savita Subramanian on thematic research and publishes several monthly quantitatively generated equity screens. He also serves as the US equity strategist for Global Wealth and Investment Management. 
Previously, Pouey was a sector specialist in BofA Merrill Lynch institutional equity sales. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he was a director in Latin America institutional equity sales at Barclays. Pouey also spent over six years in London as an executive director in Metals & Mining at JP Morgan and at Stark Investments, a multi-strategy hedge fund, focused on investing in equities, credit, FX and EM. He began his career in Project Finance at Societe Generale. 
Pouey earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Indiana University.
